BRIEF HIS TOR 'LAND PRODUCT GROUP INTRODUCTION
Fully engaged in production of Industrial Engineering items and machines for over 40 years with technical co-operation and know-how arrangement with European manufacturers, has given us exposure to precision engineering and quality production methods. We now come with a new production division as a millennium gift to the plastic mouldmaking and Die-casting industries. System Normalien is a modular system with standardised production for mould base parts and accessories to serve production of injection moulds, die- casting dies, parts and accessories.
System Normalien, developed on modular design with high level of sophistication, will help to meet individual requirements and design by careful selection of individual plates, parts and accessories, to obtain high quality mould base, die casting dies base. It allows a flexible and individual approach to one's requirements for creating an individual mould base. We call this modular approach "SYSTEM NORMALlEN",
System Normalien is developed with individual product group approach and has presently four product groups, namely:
1. KH PRODUCT GROUP: Machined, Surface Ground, Jig Bored Plates covering plates of mould bases from size 095 x 095 to 796 x 996 m/m. All surfaces are fully machined and can be used as reference points.
2. PP PRODUCT GROUP: PP Plain Machined and ground plates for use in construction of Mould Base, Die Casting dies, Jig Fixtures and other engineering applications. One can obtain only machined plates by ordering with the symbol P.
3. SN PRODUCT GROUP: Parts and accessories for use in connection with cQnstruction of mould base and injection mouldings.
4. lM PRODUCT GROUP: Covers standard components for press tools and Engineering application.
The modular arrangements of parts allows one to choose the entry level into our system depending on one's own requirement. For making your mould base, one can select KH Plates and together with required accessories from SN group, assemble the mould base quickly.
If you want to bore these plates only as per your individual drawings, then you can take PP Plate, bore and tap as required and again together with required accessories from SN group you can complete the mould base. The system is flexible and gives the designer wide freedom to move as per his individual direction while with the selection programme being part of standardized production, one can still have the benefit of high quality and quick availability.
